Waiting for you, on the sands of time!

It is rightly said that

To err is human,

to forgive is divine!

What I felt was not worth being spoken about or not even worth mentioning has become the towering reason for the growing distance between us.

All the memories have been overseen,

all the love and commitment shattered.

Above all, the trust-WASHED OFF.

If I had the power to turn back time, I would erase that one error-the error of not being true, the error of not being honest to you, the error that made me lonely without you,

If only I knew the pain of being away from you would be so difficult,

If only I knew the misery of being blamed was so hard,

If only I knew the agony of being apart from you would be so unbearable!

Tears dont seem to desert my face,

Memories dont seem to leave my mind

All I have with me now is my fading smile-a mask for my tears.

And also a hope of getting back together, totally, truly, deeply, madly.

The darkness of pain, the bitterness of vain

The Shallow heart, Hollow path

are my companions now.

T.I.M.E is what we need, for US to be US again.

And I shall wait for it on the sands of time!

The journey re-starts here!!

Remember the times when video games used to rule our world? All we knew were the SUPER MARIO, PRINCE of PERSIA and ROADRASH! i was an addict too! :D aww...I sure do miss those days!!

Anwayz,

Im sure that each and every single person reading this post can relate it to themselves for the JOURNEY RE-STARTS HERE ;)

10th board exams, intermediate board exams, IIT, AIEEE, EAMCET, Semester exams and so on..! We have been slogging all our lives to get through des UNQUALIFIED QUALIFYING EXAMS! Note the word UNQUALIFIED here! I feel no connection between the subjects that we study, exams that we write and the criteria based on which we are judged upon!

Now, another Set of exams have been added to this clan! No prizes for guessing guys...they are the PLACEMENT Exams!! ha ha !! If you deeply look at the way few of the companies hire the hapless students, you would definitely feel like asking yourself a question-WHAT THE HECK MAN? Was I working so hard to do a job like this-a job with no scope for creativity, no space for novel ideas from young minds and of course no SALARY HIKES(at least not for about 1-2 years buddy)!

By the time most of the students finish their final year, they become desperate for money, they thrive hard to earn, this exponentially increasing thirst for becoming INDEPENDENT and STANDING ON YOUR OWN FEET is the outcome of various impacts- the biggest one being PARENT and PEER PRESSURE!! I guess the so-called engineering minds lose their hearts to the job, looking at the 5-digit salary that the company offers!! In a way its like a rat trap with the tempting cheese set to entice the rat !! But once it gets trapped , it gets into deep trouble! :D

I personally feel that I cant give my best unless and until I am happy doing what I am doing! Even though I have a very new and challenging task in front of me-a task that I am doing for the very first time, the confidence and the determination to get through the task, boosts me up, as long as I enjoy doing it!

I am into my final year now and Im at crossroads !! Oh wait, I think I've been here before- a couple of times!!! The only difference would be the number of roads that were/are in front of me!! I still am unclear of what I want in life, what is that one thing that I would die for, the one path that would take me to salvation! The hunt is still on!!

But, I'm enjoying each and every bit of this confusion and ambiguity! I feel that its much much better than rushing into things and regretting later on!! As of now, I would leave things to DESTINY, and just walk on a path in front of me-the contemporary one, the one with a lot of travelers already on it! But, I will never give up for sure- to find my true passion, my dream, my everything!! Once I discover it, I would nurture it, mould it and grow into it!!

Spark off a thought,

Think out of the box,

Experiment with the unfamiliar,

Start something NEW

And start with "YOU" !

INANE, INSANE & INCANDESCENT! ;)

Well, Hello everyone....!! Long time no see? I don't want to start off my blog by giving random excuses for not blogging for so long by saying that I was busy all the while, and that I did not find time, or make time rather..for I don't wanna lie you see :D...!

Well, a lot of things have been happening since the beginning of this year..! Firstly, it was the 5k run-"JOGreen" that we-the LUGT'ians organized. For those who might be wondering what LUGT is, let me elucidate : LUGT stands for Let's Unite for a Greener Tomorrow- an NGO started by two of my college seniors who are also my close pals-Karthik and Srikanth! :D Got the sooooo needed KICK START for the year with this exhilarating event!!

Next in queue were the annual day and zealotz-d cultural fest of BVRIT. For the first time in my whole life, I actually walked on the ramp for zealotz :D and I must say,it aint an easy task!! I wonder how the models do it all the time! We then had PROMETHEAN-our technical fest for which we organized an iDEATION CONTEST titled IGNITE-Indulge, innovate, initiate! We did get a decent response for our event with over twelve teams participating.

This was the First half of my year...! I consider JAN-MARCH phase as the first HALF of my year cuz the next one-one and half months were Hectic and hustling! No prizez for guessing cuz I've just stated the OBVIOUS-Examz season was on ppl! I dont want to get into many details regarding that and irritate you guys!

Later, I thought it would be the time for me to relax and chill out! But nopes! The worst was yet to come-my GRE :( :( I just had ONE MONTH to prepare for this so called LIFE CHANGING exam! Ofcourse I put my heart and soul out to prepare for it.Watching movies, attending weddings, sleeping, shopping et al-this was how I prepared for my GRE ;) and landed on getting 1 _ _ 0/1600 ! Glad that it was atleast a four digit score! ;)

Before I could heave a sigh of relief and step into the holiday mood, came my Summer internship @Apollo Hospitals! It is mind blowing to see such fast changing technology enter into every facet of our life. It was quite a bit of a learning experience for I could get the exposure to the various equipment, machinery and techniques used in hospitals, the best and the most interesting part being the medical imaging especially in the oncology department.

During this period,we as BVRIT’ians and LUGT’ians initiated a cycle rally on the eve of World Environment day on June 5th . As a matter of fact, India was chosen as the global host this time bye the United Nations Environment Program, so a lot was going on through out our country this time. Everyone let their actions do the talking by conducting green walks, green quizzes, rallys. We also did our bit by organizing a bicycle rally this time(FYI, it was a plantation drive last time :D).

Officially, college re-opened in July and it was time for us to get back into action![ get back into action??I wonder what I was doing all this while ;) ] Aaaaaaaand, I guess I will talk about this in my next blog! For there is a LOT to write!!
